Javascript Help
Javascript is a very common form of client side (it works in your web browser rather than on the web server) code. The majority of web users have javascript switched on.
If you do not have javascript switched on in your browser, you will be unable to use some of the rich content in modern websites. For example, Google maps or any website using Ajax technology.
Javascript Test
If javascript is switched on in your web browser and working correctly, you will see the message 'Javascript is switched on in your web browser' in the test area below.If the test area is blank, follow the instructions to switch on javascript in your web browser.

How to Switch Javascript On or Off
Internet Explorer 7
1. From the Main Menu, select Tools > Internet Options
2. Click the Security tab
3. Click the Custom Level button
4. Scroll down to Scripting, near the bottom of the list.
5. Under Active Scripting, choose Enable.
6. Click OK to leave Security Settings
Click OK to 'Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?'
Click OK to leave Internet Options.
Firefox
1. Tools > Options
2. Select the Content tab
3. Check/Uncheck 'Enable Javascript' as required.
